You need to be 21 or older to purchase cannabis in Vermont. Make sure to bring a current, valid, government-issued ID; it will be checked at the entrance and then again at the point of sale.

You can purchase 28 grams of flower or its VT-defined equivalents at each visit. Vermont has created weight equivalents for the other product categories. You can purchase any combination of products up to the 28g limit. Our point of sale tracking system is programmed to do the math so you don’t have to!

  • Concentrate equivalent: 14grams
  • Vape cart equivalent: 16 x .5 gram or 8 x 1gram
  • Edibles equivalent at 50mgTHC/package: 168 packages

There is a 14% Excise Tax on cannabis in Vermont. This is in addition to Vermont’s 6% sales tax and Burlington’s 1% Option Tax. The total effective tax rate in Burlington is 21%.

For cannabis purchases we accept cash, debit and dutchiePay. For non-cannabis items we also accept credit cards and Apple Pay.

Yes. We offer a 10% daily discount for medical patients, veterans and active service members. To qualify, please bring your valid Vermont Medical Cannabis Registration Card, DD-214 Form or DoD CAC (Common Access Card).

Technically no. Cannabis is federally illegal in the United States. As such it is illegal to transport across jurisdictions, whether that be across state lines or international borders.

Yes, as long as they are leashed, friendly and minded while in the shop.

Cannabis consumption is allowed in individual homes or non-public housing. It is not allowed in any public place, cannabis retail store, car or place where the use of tobacco products is restricted.
