They produce AF spirits that deliver distinct botanical flavors using centuries-old methods of copper still distillation. This week we’re featuring Seedlip Garden 108, a fresh, herbal blend of peas and traditional garden herbs including rosemary, thyme and spearmint. It was recently featured in Wirecutter’s 14 Best Nonalcoholic Drinks of 2025. We are going to sample it with tonic and a twist of lime, an AF take on a classic G & T.
