We want your experience of purchasing cannabis to be as enjoyable as consuming it.
High Fidelity is a management team focused on creating equitable access to plant and mushroom medicines. We have a long history of advocacy and entrepreneurship, creating conversations and businesses to help our community navigate the products and services in emerging, legal marketplaces. In 2012, High Fidelity received Vermont’s first license to operate a medical cannabis dispensary, Champlain Valley Dispensary in Burlington. Two years later, we followed up with Southern Vermont Wellness in Brattleboro to serve patients in, you guessed it, Southern Vermont. In 2015, we launched Ceres Natural Remedies, Vermont’s first CBD store. Ceres went on to create trētap CBD, the country’s first CBD-infused sparkling beverage made from certified organic tree water.
Lucky You is our entrance into the adult use cannabis market. We remain true to our roots; we believe that cannabis, as part of the complete herbal apothecary, can be a gateway to explore optimal health.

I am turning 55 next week and am post menopausal. I wish I had had an opportunity like this to talk and learn about the hormonal shifts around menopause when I was younger. I would have been much better prepared to navigate the physical, mental, and emotional changes that unfolded in my 30s, 40s and early 50s.
I am grateful now to be learning from women like Alison & Nikki about what I can do to stay strong, vibrant, and resilient post menopause.
Thank you also to Katherine Elmer from @spoonfulherbals for dropping in, joining the conversation, and providing some testers of Spoonful’s menopause support herbal tinctures! We stock them in the shop and they have been very helpful for our customers.
We had great feedback on this class and lots of others have expressed wanting to attend, so stay tuned….we’ll be doing this again!

We are excited to welcome Dr. Alison Farr into the Lucky You Lounge for an evening focused on women’s wellness.
Dr. Farr, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, is opening a new primary care practice this spring in Shelburne, VT that will also specialize in menopause care.
In this class she will provide an overview of a comprehensive, evidence-based menopause care plan.
Coach Nikki, @nikkicack , the first member of The Lucky You Wellness Team, helped organize this event for her fitness clients @hypeothesiswellbeing , and it quickly filled up!
While we are currently at capacity, the shop will be open while the class is happening in the lounge. We welcome drop ins to stop by and listen if space allows.
We also know that this is a topic of interest, so we will be looking to book something similar in the near future!
