We are hosting an alcohol-free happy hour for members of the Vermont Bar Association! This gathering for the legal community blends tasting, education, and conversation centered on socializing without the booze. This event is sponsored by the VBA Wellness Section and is for VBA members and their guests only.

What To Expect

  • A guided tasting across alcohol-free categories; nonalcoholic spirits, de-alcoholized wines, ready-to-drink cocktails, and functional beverages.
  • Ingredient spotlight; learn what nootropics, adaptogens, and herbs bring to the glass — from focus and calm to balanced energy and relaxation.
  • Mindful drinking discussion; how to set intentions before you sip and identify your goals for drinking (taste, social ease, relaxation, focus).
