We teased it and it is true….cannabis & cannoli baby! This Wednesday evening during our weekly BOGO 50% OFF Pre-Roll event, Raya Foldi will be onsite filling fabulous cannoli to order!
Raya is a Burlington-based chef who’s cooked her way through some of the city’s favorite kitchens, including May Day and Majestic, before making her way into pastry and private chef work. Her cooking is thoughtful without being fussy—flavorful, playful, and meant to be shared. Currently, Raya is the pastry chef at Trattoria Delia, and a private chef for Gather Round Chef Service, while growing her own brand rayamade where she caters small gatherings, film sets, special desserts and pop-ups.
How It Works
Raya will be filling the cannoli fresh to order. Every customer gets 1 FREE OG with purchase, while supplies last! All cannoli can be purchased from Raya for $7/each. We can box up your order to go or you can enjoy it with an espresso in the Lucky You Lounge. She is making four fabulous flavors to choose from and each has been paired with a pre-roll suggestion that we think is the perfect match! During the event, all pre-rolls are BOGO 50% OFF.
